In charge of the
enterprises applications and provides advice on evaluation
of special food hygiene certificate; in charge of evaluation
of the general food hygiene certificate and temperate food
hygiene certificate evaluation and provides advice in central
downtown; in charge of evaluation of food production certificate
and provides advice in central downtown; be charge of the
visiting, annual evaluation and re-issuing of the enterprises
which has been issued certificate by hygiene department and
municipal quality and technical supervision bureau; carries
out regular food supervision inspection; direct the food production
supervision division of all district bureaus; authorized to
punish the illegal food manufacturer; responsible of the management
of the food production certificate auditors; carries out the
promotion and training on food regulations; responsible of
the information collection and report of food production information;
accomplish the work from superiors.
