and supervise the implementation of mandatory standards; formulate
the local standardization programs; develop, approval and release
the local standards; manage the enterprises adoption of international
standards; put on records of enterprises products standards;
instruct and coordinate the business of standardization in districts
and counties; survey the local standardization condition and
give advice on macro decision; manage the local codes of entities
and barcodes; instruct the standardization intermediation organs;
give international academic forums; popularize and provide the
service of consultation of the relevant standards and regulations
of the World Trade Organization Trade Technical Barriers Treaty .
