of special equipment management; supervise and certificate the
designing, manufacturing, installation, usage, repairing and
rebuilding of special equipment; verify the qualification of
inspection institution and personnel for inspection, operation,
mending, rebuilding, management and supervision; investigate
the sever accident of special equipment; approve the manufacturing
license and supervise the import of special equipment.
