all levels of party organizations and members so as to assure
in accordance with the national law, regulations and carrying
out policy; in charge of the training of all the members and
cadres with regard to construction of a dean and honest administration,
part principle and administrative principles; in charge of the
construction of party and administration work of the whole bureau;
accept the complains from the members and cadres and makes interviews
of the break of regulations.
