Implement the national metrological policies, laws and regulations
and popularize the official metrological quantities ; develop
and manage the public metrological standards; formulate and
amend the local metrological specifications; manage the transaction
of metrological data and instruments manufacturing repairing,
usage, sales and import; take in charge of the certification
of metrology and calibration labs, quality inspection institutions
and other inspection organs; instruct and supervise metrological
intermediation and process the daily affairs of East China Center
of National Metrology and Determination.
